1. Service Description

Flowerwolf Compute Market provides GPU computing resource rental and intermediary services. Users can rent GPU computing power from third-party suppliers through the platform and settle fees based on actual usage.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information to register an account. Users are fully responsible for all activities under their account. If any abnormality is detected, please contact us immediately.

3. Fees & Settlement

• Computing is billed hourly; usage of less than 1 hour is billed as 1 hour
• Prepayment is prioritized; balance is refundable
• Supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, and bank transfer
• Enterprise users can request VAT ordinary or special invoices

4. Usage Restrictions

• Using computing resources for illegal activities is prohibited
• Reselling platform computing resources is prohibited
• Large-scale brute force attacks, cryptocurrency mining, and other high-risk operations are prohibited

5. Service Availability

The SLA availability indicated on the platform is a target value and does not constitute a mandatory service level agreement commitment. Downtime caused by force majeure is not within the scope of compensation.

7. Disclaimer

Flowerwolf shall not bear joint and several liability for losses caused by improper use by users. User data is cleared by default after the session ends.
